Oneclickrental Ltd., founded in 2019, is a property management company based in Richmond Hill, serving clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Niagara Falls. With a team of 10-15 dedicated professionals, our primary mission is to help landlords maximize the cash flow from their real estate investments through comprehensive and reliable property management services. Currently, the company manages over 50 properties with assets valued at approximately CAD 60 million, further solidifying our commitment to delivering exceptional value and results for our clients.

Steve Liu
Co-founder & Leasing Manager

Before co-founding OneclickRental, Steve began his property management career in 2014, gaining extensive experience across various types of properties. His expertise spans managing commercial offices, warehouses, long-term and short-term rentals in Toronto, as well as properties in Niagara Falls. Steve has also overseen the management of waterfront vacation homes and farm-based vacation rentals, including orchards. His deep understanding of both urban and vacation properties ensures comprehensive management solutions for all clients.

Rex is a Data Analyst specializing in property management, with over three years of prior experience in analysis at a well-known securities company. In 2019, he founded OneClick Rental, a property management company, where he has been responsible for analyzing data related to property leasing, cost control, and pricing strategies. His role focuses on leveraging data insights to optimize rental performance, streamline costs, and develop effective pricing policies to support the company’s overall business objectives.

David Wu
Photographer & Leasing Manager

A professional property photographer with over a decade of experience, David Wu excels in understanding client preferences and ensuring that your property stands out in marketing. In addition to his photography expertise, he has more than 10 years of experience managing condos for both long-term and short-term rentals. As a long-time Airbnb Superhost, David is well-versed in optimizing rental listings for maximum appeal. He also has extensive experience navigating licensing processes and communicating with government authorities, ensuring smooth operations for all types of properties.
